Cinderella Travel: Complete Set for Installation of Incinerating Toilet

Many are familiar with Cinderella Incineration Toilets designed for transportation options such as narrow boats, channel boats and recreational vehicles such as campers and mobile homes, under the name Motion. Cinderella Travel represents a totally new way to handle waste, easily, without the hassle of emptying in designated areas. The toilets are designed and produced in Norway, known for longevity and high quality with excellent capacity and sustainable, ecological design – without polluting outcomes. Cinderella Travel provides a hygienic and easy way to dispose of toilet waste safely, either on the road or on the water.

Cinderella Travel was first launched on the market as ”Cinderella Motion” in 2013 as a further product development from the popular incineration toilets provided by Cinderella Eco Group, which have been available since 1997. Environmentally friendly Travel does not require electrical power and uses only LPG gas and 12V control power.

Shipping
Any order that includes a toilet will be shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada via freight for a fixed fee of $375. We ship to most addresses within our territory of Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. In some cases where the delivery is more remote, an additional delivery fee will be added to the order.

Other orders being shipped within Canada will be delivered via Purolator or Canada Post for a fee that will be added to the order during checkout.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may return your product within the first 30 days of receiving your item if it has not been opened or unboxed. If the product has been unboxed, or you have initiated the return after the 30 days you will not be eligible for a refund.

To inquire about a return please reach out to our team at [email protected] or by calling 1-844-359-0098. Please refer to our warranty policy for anything warranty related.

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method minus the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you are cancelling an order that has not yet left our warehouse, there will be a 3% admin fee. This amount will be deducted off the total refund unless the initial payment was made by etransfer.

Incinerating Toilets Inc. Warranty Servicing Policy

If a warranty claim is submitted and approved within the first three years, the customer can choose to

Drop the toilet off at our service centre located at 105 Consumers Dr., Suite 2, Whitby, ON L1N 1C4. Same day pickup will not be available in most cases.
Schedule a technician to come out to service the toilet on site. Travel time is not covered under warranty and will be subject to hourly rate fees.
Have the replacement parts shipped to your home. If required, Incinerating Toilets Inc. can provide documentation and technical support over the phone or email to help walk through the replacement. Shipping fees are not covered under warranty.

What does this Warranty cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in your Cinderella Travel Incineration Toilet on the terms, for the period and subject to the exceptions set out below.

What does this Warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, force majeure, abuse, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer directions or improper maintenance. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Cinderella Eco Group does not apply an ”on-site” warranty. This means that the toilet must be transported to an authorized dealer who can do the service. If this is not possible, a transport cost may be charged by the dealer.

How long does the Warranty apply?
A correct installed and well-maintained Cinderella incineration toilet benefits from an industry leading 3-year warranty* for residential applications.

Limitations
Please be aware that a limited 1-year warranty period is applicable when the product is installed in a commercial and industrial settings.

*The 3-year warranty applies exclusively to residential applications. Commercial and industrial applications, including Airbnb, resort settings, rental units, mining, construction, and forestry, are covered by a limited 1-year warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.
